'The owners were super! Plenty of parking and COVERED parking for your UTV. They had our trail passes ready for us and anything else we needed.(ice,bottled water)Our dog Copper was very comfortable here and loved the dog visits from William and Jennifers dogs as well as the neighbors dogs. It was clean and comfortable. Perfect location for trail riding Bearwallow and Rockhouse. Washer & Dryer made my weekend..I like going home with my clothes already washed!'

'House is exactly as pictured. Very clean. Caretaker Pete was the best part of this house, he lives across the street and is very very friendly and extremely helpful. The area is rough however he reassured us we were good and all our property would be safe and it was. We went to WV to ride the Hatfield and Mccoys trail system, it was amazing!!! Suggestion for home owner, its time for curtains and a couch.'

'The house is very cold. There are 2 units as described but those units only heat 5 ft. in front of it. The living room, kitchen and “second and third bedroom” are unusable. The bedrooms are not bedrooms but just a bed put in a random spot. None of the rooms have doors probably because there is no heat. Parking is a joke. There is a shop next door that details cars and blocks all of the parking. Definitely not worth it. Get a hotel and stay warm! '

'Super nice place to stay, definitely nice having an extra living room for the kids to hangout in. And the full kitchen was awesome to have. Host was super nice definitely recommend staying here. '

'Loved the safe location and clean house. Owners were very accommodating and kind people. Would recommend this house and will probably stay here again in the future. Close to town of Man and a grocery store and restaurants. We rode the trails all week and we're blessed by the beauty of the mountains!!!'

'Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay as planned due to being exposed and testing positive for Covid. Our host was understanding and very helpful, even offering different dates for a future stay. However, due to end of year work obligations we were unable to make plans. Genuinely nice, honest host that went out of her way to accommodate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.'

'Very well kept and recently remodeled. Very comfortable stay and highly recommend. Rock house and Bear Wallow trails close by.'

'Three bedroom house with a great view. Full length windows that look out to several balconies surrounded by forest. Comfortable beds.'
