Kikorangi Retreat is surrounded by a magnificent view of the water and picturesque nature. It's a perfect place for a memorable, relaxed and peaceful New Zealand experience. The singing of the birds in the morning can be your usual alarm. The constantly changing estuary views, established orchards & veggie gardens, & even a beautiful pocket of ancient coastal native bush will be your everyday sight.

Resident custodians living in a neighbouring cottage will make your stay even more special by sharing their local products (eggs, honey, fresh fruits & vegetables) as well as their knowledge of the area, local walks & activities & the eco-friendly environment.

**Special conditions & notes**:

- Strictly no party, gatherings, or venue use. No Smoking. Generally, pets are not permitted, but you are welcome to contact us with details of your pet along with your assurances for the care of the home.

- Hazards for Children - Spa pool, unfenced property & proximity to the sea present hazards for small children. Please enquire with children's ages if children are under 10.

- WiFi speed is variable.

- Private Residence - This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.

- Please bring your mask - While you are in contact with our owners or staff members when we welcome you or attend a call-out request from you, we will need to ask that you wear a mask. Please ensure that you have one with you.

**Cancellation Policy**:

- Please disregard the "Bookings at this property are non-refundable" information presented on this listing site.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.
