'This was our second trip here because of the fantastic walk-to-everywhere location. Plenty of room for 3 friends, and we will be back soon! Just a note for improvement: The mattresses need an upgrade and there is general deferred maintenance. But overall, this is a super value for the price. Thanks Gaysha!'

'Wonderful and practical, this space was perfect for us. Nice open layout and great view of the wildlife refuge from 2 bedrooms; you can also see DE Bay from the front of the house. Beautiful sunsets, easy walk to the beach and very quiet this time of year (Dec). '

'We had 11 people for a family getaway and this property exceeded all expectations! In a quiet cul de sac, the house backs into a large creek and walking trail. Lots to explore, with a pool table, arcade games, a rooftop deck, and the amazing pool / hot tub room complete with slide and waterfall! Rooms had comfy beds, bathrooms were clean and updated. A TV in almost every room. Nearby is a nice kids park, mini golf, ice cream shop, weis supermarket, and a quick drive to Bethany beach. Several...

TV youtube & netflix many shutdowns, maybe needs upgrade. Wastebaskets & miirrors in all bedrooms would be nice. Toilet paper was not adequately supplied, we bought it. Good location for beach access and very nice pool. Overall our family enjoyed our stay.'
