'Conveniently located for visiting Colonia Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. The only negative comment I have is that there was a slight dog odor. I always rent pet-free properties because I am sensitive to the smell. Other than that we were pleased with the rental.'

If vacationing in the Williamsburg area, the ferry is fun and adds to the “family entertainment”. 'My family gathered at this property to celebrate the birthdays of our 2 kids. 3 of us stayed on property and others traveled to join us for the day. Beautiful property! It is clean and well kept. Our labrador retreiver particularly loved the access to water at the next door boat launch. The downstairs apartment has a GREAT game room. We enjoyed playing air hockey, pool, video games, and watching sports on the enormous TV. We also enjoyed the fire pit one of the nights we were there. So...

'This comfortable, spacious and clean house near the James River was perfect for a Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen was well supplied, the pool table a hit, the location private with beautiful trees and a short distance from a lovely shelled beach with Cypress trees. We went to Williamsburg via ferry and to Norfolk for a tour of the Battleship Wisconsin, each a bit over an hour away. The host was easily reached and answered queries quickly. A great get-away!'
