'We were there for a graduation at Fort Jackson. Which means, long days out of the room, leaving early & coming back later in the evening. The area isn’t the greatest looking but we never felt unsafe. The staff was very nice from the moment we checked in. The room was small but clean although you could tell the towels & bedding were aged. The bed was not comfortable, the mattress was sagging & we all awoke with sore backs & not just from our long days! The do have a breakfast but we left...
