First of all, Ethan as owner of this property, was very responsive to any inquiry we had from the initial review of the property, to maintenance inquiries and checkout/refund. He always promptly responded and completely satisfied our requests. He toured us around the property prior to leasing showing us all the amenities within the condo and appurtenant to the condo.
The property itself is comfortable, quiet and beautiful as the pictures show. We loved the main floor living that included 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets, a full laundry room, a completely stocked kitchen that included dishes, glasses, wine glasses, silverware, pots, pans, coffeemaker, etc. down to measuring cups and spoons. We enjoyed the DIsh TV service and lounging couches for relaxing and entertaining. The upstairs loft served as the extra room we needed for our daughter's visits and for our daily office needs. We set up our computer, hooked up the printer, logged onto the internet and in short order we resumed our office.
We had an issue with the fireplace pilot light going out and light bulbs in the tall ceiling needing replacement. Within minutes of my call to Ethan, he responded to inquire when his handyman could come by to remedy these minor issues. Within 24 hours the simple tasks were completed by very prompt, professional handymen.
The workout room is a tremendous amenity. It has excellent cardio equipment and weight equipment. There is a lovely pool area but not open during the season of our stay. I'm sure it would have been a nice amenity as well.
An added benefit is the convenient location of the condo to Cherry Creek Trail system where you can walk or bike for miles on beautiful, wide, concrete paths. It is also convenient to shopping, a great variety of restaurants and entertainment such as bowling and movies. Access to I225 and I25 is also quick and easy.
Overall, a 5 star experience! Thanks Ethan for providing a lovely home and stay while our new home was being completed.
