Caribbean Dunes 2BR / 2BA met The Best Golf View

Condo, 2 slaapkamers + 2 queen bedden + Convertible queen bed, (6 volwassenen in totaal).

Gevestigd in de kust buurt van Crystal Beach dicht bij Henderson Beach State Park. Ideaal voor gezinnen, Caribbean Dunes 202 heeft nauwe en gemakkelijke toegang tot het strand met een gemeenschappelijk zwembad en hot tub. Er zijn twee slaapkamers en een queen size slaapbank die plaats aan maximaal zes personen. De slaapkamer heeft een aangrenzende badkamer met een bubbelbad en de tweede slaapkamer loft heeft een eigen bad. Beide slaapkamers hebben spelers van TV's en DVD.

Een volledig ingericht en uitgerust keuken opent naar een ruime woonkamer, compleet met een televisie en een dvd-speler. Ontspannen op uw eigen balkon en genieten van een duidelijk zicht op de Golf van Mexico. Toegang tot het strand ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand en aan de overkant. Direct naast de deur is de lokale favoriet van Camille's Restaurant. Daarnaast, enkele uitstekende strand kant restaurants zijn slechts enkele minuten.

Geniet van de zon van Florida op een wandeling of fietstocht langs Crystal Beach fietspad. Voor alle shoppers, wordt u minuten van de belangrijkste centra waaronder de Destin Commons en Silver Sands Factory Stores.

THE BEST.
I have to start out by saying we can’t wait to stay here again!! I am not the one to review anything, but had to review this one. We absolutely loved this place!! They have anything and everything you need for the beach. Such a perfect neighborhood! House was super clean and owner got back to me super quick with anything we needed!! Also it is the perfect location for a short walk to the beach!!

We have always stayed at Caribbean Dunes in the Crystal Beach area. It is family friendly and just across the street from the beach. Our recent stay was as good as always. Our host was wonderful and very prompt with requests or questions. The condo was perfect for us and we had a beautiful view of the water. We love the beach, but will have to say it’s a shame the city doesn’t allow more public beach access. The areas next to us were virtually empty while so many people were crammed into a very small beach space. But after 5pm, the beach opens up. Still had a great time and will always go with Caribbean Dunes!

Great location and View
I will start with the positives first. This condo is beautifully decorated and clean. It has a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. It has every beach accessory you could possibly need: chairs, cart, umbrellas, floats, and toys. The downside of the condo is the refrigerator was making a loud rattling noise from the moment we arrived through the day we left. The owner did have a repair man come look at it but it was not fixed. The condo below this one was being renovated the entire week of our stay. They turned the water off to this condo while we were trying to take showers 2 days in a row with no warning. That was extremely frustrating. They started drilling and pounding at 7:00a.m. Every Single morning and it lasted all day. We were not able to sleep in or take naps. The drilling was ear piercing loud. This was very unfortunate and made for a lousy stay. The owner had no control over this but it is not something we wanted to have to deal with on vacation especially given how much money we paid to stay there. The condo itself could use some updates. The appliances are very old, the cabinet paint is cracking and peeling, and the walls need painting. If you want a good beach view and a central location, this condo is sufficient.

The closet under the stairs had a great supply of chairs and boogie boards for the beach--that was really nice to not have to bring or go out and purchase these items! The pull-out sofa wasn't super comfortable, but it was nice in that it allowed our kids to bring friends on the trip. Very clean place and an excellent location in the heart of Destin!

Property is as advertised. Nice and clean, directly across from beach, excellent location. Close to many restaurants, easy to get everything. I would definitely recommend this property. I would most certainly stay here again. The one thing i would advise is that you bring your own bath towels so your not having to do laundry on your last night. Especially if you like taking a shower in the mornings.
