'Although the room had a great appearance it needed attention to detail. As to call for maintenance for a broken kitchen chair, non functional TV remote & bathroom light. Blinds in the master bedroom were detached and didn’t close properly. The room was consistently humid because the AC wasn’t working properly. We paid for a 5 night stay but hotel had us booked for 4 nights and locked us out of our room on the 4th day. Had to get an updated room code.'

'Our stay was fine but the communication of construction and no use of the outdoor pool/splash pad was poor. I wasn’t notified until 2 weeks before with zero chance of a Full refund, they did give me $120 credit. Originally they said i wasn’t going to be able to use our balcony as well, but our room was on the side of the building and we could use it. The condo was comfy but definitely needs some repairs/updating. Sink faucet was very loose, missing baseboards, lots of little things to make it...

'Great family vacation spot! It was so close to crystal beach, few minutes walking distance. We will never forget how beautiful the area was, the beaches were clean, not crowded, lots of room for recreation activities. The hotel had everything we needed for the trip, they cleaned it every morning and provided us with clean supplies. They also responded very quickly for a maintenance problem which we had on but it was not a big deal, it was fixed. The front desk lady was very nice, accommodating....
