Ample parking albeit single-lane driveway; comfortable sleeping quarters in all bedroom — each complete with TV’s. Nestled among student housing, we experienced no disruption/loud noises after hours. Excellent mgmt communication avenues and reasonably priced. Will definitely book again when in Ann Arbor.'

'We rented this BEAUTIFUL home to be close to U of M for graduation weekend festivities. It was in a great location - just a 25-30 minute easy drive to Ann Arbor. With two levels of living space and lots of bathrooms, it was perfect for our large group. Check-in was easy and the house was VERY clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for entertaining a crowd. Even though the early spring weather was cool and rainy, we enjoyed kayaking on the lake and fishing off the dock. We highly recommend...

It was just as it was described, very clean, good information on how to get in touch with the host which was not needed and lots of information about Ann Arbor. The location is very good, it is on a nice neighborhood street and close to so many great things that Ann Arbor has to offer! Such as Zingermans, Q Bakery which I highly recommend and downtown. 'Great stay! No issues or concerns. Property was very clean, up todate, and well maintained. Bedrooms were roomy and the living spaces were plenty big enough for our 6 adults.
