'Our home flooded and our restoration company told us to leave for one week. We began messaging our Vrbo host early that morning and they replied asap….then made sure we could check in early. We went from a stressful emergency family / home situation to what felt like a one week vacation….a home away from home. Many thanks to our hosts for going above and beyond for our family. '

'Nice cabin that fit my extended family well. The fireplace is the main heat source however there isn’t a gate which was a concern given we had a toddler and child with us. Overall it was beautiful '

'Overall this is the best homes we have ever stayed at in Sylvan Lake ! the location is right across the large playground on the beach and you ample parking on the property. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures- it was an ideal place for a large family to stay! I would highly recommend to families with young kids as well '

'What a wonderful property. Housed our dragon boat team with room to spare. Not waterfront but it was very clean. It was -38 and we were able to park a couple cars in the garage and 3 in the driveway. The host was amazing. Answered our questions quickly and make sure we had everything we needed. We may come back in the summer for a women’s weekend!! Too cold to use the fire pit on this trip lol. '

'Perfect location for walking to the lake and downtown. We were a party of six adults and four children. The six bedrooms were fairly large and although the listing shows three bathrooms with no tub, we were pleased to see there was a tub and an extra half bath downstairs. Yes, plenty of stairs but not a deterrent. New levels to explore. The top level/family room is very big and private. The family room was great for lounging. I worried that the kitchen was small but it was just fine. Very nice...

'This was a very clean, very comfortable property that was very well-stocked and had plenty of entertainment in the home itself if it happened to be too cold to go outside. '

'The Lighthouse was perfect for our family. It was cozy and well equipped. The party garage was perfect for our kids they spent a lot of time in there having fun. We cooked family meals and thoroughly enjoyed our time together.'

'When you first pull up to the property, its already stunning. We checked in with ease, the home was clean and well stocked with lots of attention to detail. The deck and views are stunning. We spent alot of the weekend around the firepit. I loved all the lights outside at night. Even the tree trunks lit up gave it a wondeful feeling.Our host was wonderful and answered promptly. Check in and check instructions were very clear. We would definitely stay again! '
