'We spent a week at the Depot while touring Wisconsin chasing the fall colours. We loved the decor of the cottage, the beds were comfortable & we enjoyed the country vibes. As the Depot is in quite an isolated position you need to consider bringing basic supplies with you. E.g milk etc. we only found out about the lack of onsite shopping when we arrived late at night. We found out where a supermarket was, once we arrived & read the information sheet. Richlands Center was a valuable resource...

'Wonderful little house for cozy stay. Clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities you would expect to find in a quality hotel. Quite neighborhood except for an occasional train passing through on the tracks a block or two away. '

'Great location, not far from Galena. Peaceful, comfy cottage. Just two concerns: battery was reading critical low when we tried to put in our access code to front door. Finally opened, but we had to use back door for our 2 day stay, and no lock on back door to lock up when we went in town . The shower had great water pressure, but ran out of hot water when 3rd person(hubby) tried to take his shower, and my son and I did not take long showers! Also son had to tighten bolt in chair in living room...

'For the most part everything was lovely upon arrival and during our stay. There were only a few minor suggestions that would help make this the perfect getaway. 1) Owner needs to provide entrance instructions at least a week in advance to guest(s). 2) Blinds needed cleaning. 3) No cutting board was available. 4) For older adults, steps down to kitchen need to be more visibly defined as they blend with the color of the flooring and are hard to decipher when utilized. 5) Smaller rugs throughout...

'Cottage is cute and comfy. Bed was great, kitchen and bath very nice. Lots on tv if you're stuck in. Walk to lots of restaurants, bars and the Saturday farmer's market. Had a lovely time.'

'Wonderful little cabin on a quiet hilltop. Beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The cabin was very clean and very well equipped with a lot of little extras for a comfortable stay. '

Heerlijke verblijfsaccommodatie

"Prachtig complex in zeer goede staat. Ik heb bijzonder genoten van het heerlijke terras aan een prachtige, ruim aangelegde achtertuin. De kamer was zeer ruim. De gashaard op de kamer komt mij over als geheel overbodig, maar misschien is dat in de winter anders. Het stadje Galena is een fraaie bezienswaardigheid."
