'The staff was very friendly, with a wonderful breakfast. The location was good, situated just south of Zilina, not far from the D1, making a great central base for day-trips to Zilina, Orava, Cicmany, and elsewhere. The beds were not terribly comfortable however and could use an update, along with the linens. Otherwise, I would happily stay here again. '

'Lovely hotel about 5mins to a shopping centre and just a bit further to the main shopping area which has the train station at the end of the street. The double room we had was very clean which was serviced every day and the bathroom had a hairdryer. There was also slippers and bathrobe. There is a kettle and bottled water in the room but there was only 2 tea bags (Herbal & Green Teas) and sugar. If you want other types of tea and Coffee and/or milk, I would advise you take your own. 'Nothing special. The room was big and well designed. Good coffee downstairs. However there were inconveniences that made my stay unpleasant. I asked for bottled water because I don't know about the Slovakian tap water. They didn't have any for me down at the reception. Then when the front desk called me they said: i found a bottle, you can come down. The room had 2 AC systems that wouldn't turn off. It was super hot in the room the whole time. 'We got the information that check in was possible until 22.00. When we got there it was all dark and locked up. No one answered the phone on the number on Hotels. Eventually another guest let us in and helped us communicating with a woman who was described as "the owner".
