'Loud construction work on the bungalow next to ours for two days of our three day stay. Drilling, metal grinding, hammering, etc. Oven door in our kitchen was broken, so we couldn't use that either. Asked for a different bungalow but didn't get one. Pool was semi-clean. Hotel.com customer service was also unwilling to help. Will use a different platform for the next booking. '

'Voor ons was de boomhut te basic. Op basis van de advertentie hadden we een andere verwachting van de accommodatie. Er zaten kieren in de vloeren en het dak, waardoor insecten naar binnen konden. De ruimte boven is heel klein, geen prettige slaapplek, we hebben er geen gebruik van gemaakt en een kind bij ons in bed genomen.Het uitzicht is wel prachtig en eigenaar reageert behoorlijk snel als je een bericht stuurt. Inchecken gaat gemakkelijk met een sleutelkastje.'

'This property is an oasis. There was fruit growing everywhere. The differences of plants and trees is like nothing we saw while in Costa Rica. Very memorable and our host was very helpful throughout the whole time we were there. FYI when they say you need 4x4 there are not joking around. We had a rental that had 4x4 and the road still made my stomach drop. Worth it if you can get to it.'
