'Thank you for sharing your property with us! We had magnificent views—- including a full double rainbow 😍 the space was comfortable and clean and perfect for a long weekend getaway. We were able to easily access our boat to spend time on Cayo costa, lunch on cabbage key and a dip in the pool at the N. Captiva club. We didn’t need to use the bunk house, but would be perfect if we brought the kids! Thank you!!'

'Stayed here because it was close to dog beach and tired of “box” hotels! We will stay again. Loved close restaurant, pool, deck, river, walking paths and overall atmosphere!'

'the listing was a bit misleading in the proximity to beach. in front of busy noisy roadvery old propertywas NOT convenient to beach NO Parking overpriced for what it was, cleanNO instructions for TV. all streaming unable to see local news or Tv.Good location to the stores, restaurantswas just an ok place to stay.the amount of fees is in my opinion ridiculous.starter of coffee is suggestedonly one shower '

'We enjoyed our stay at this house. We loved that there were three bedrooms, so our kids each got their own room. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, which was nice. The location was very close to Highway 41, which we discovered leads to basically everywhere you want to go. The host was very friendly and attentive and communicative. There is a private pool that is heated, though we were disappointed that there was some trouble with the heater staying on so the pool temp wasn't warming up...

'We had a wonderful time at this house the location was perfect, close to several beaches and restaurants. The owners left a great reference book with recommendations in the area. It was also close to many stores and the house was cozy and had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and all the appliances we needed. The backyard was amazing. 'food in cafeteria area is expensive. 1 cheese pizza and 1 order of nachos was $50. Otherwise, the accommodations, staff, pool areas are amazing. The $40 a day resort fee was unfortunate being that it was 45 degrees and we couldn't use the pool areas. Definitely a wonderful place and would stay there again. Just know you're paying $28-35/day for parking whether its self or valet.'
