'Little disappointed valet was full before checkin but with the time of year we understand. Self parking was inconvenient and expensive. The shuttle for the General Jackson didnt show so we had to take a $45 taxi to make sure we made the boat But again it was holiday traffic. So really out of the control of the hotel. Only mention this so others are aware. Property was beautiful room was outstanding. Everyone was very polite really enjoyed our stay. '

'I would give this 6 stars if possible. Very clean and well-kept. Our heat wasn’t working in the room we were given and when we reported it, instantly we were given another room just down the hall. No problems, no questions, no delays. '

'Took this hotel to stay at the Airport area to take an early flight. Hotel is OK but that's all. Overall, the hotel needs an upgrade. Rooms are OK but old. Personnel is friendly and they have a bar.'
