'Owners obviously deeply care for their property, it’s apparent in all the details of the home. It’s so well stocked that anything you think you may have forgotten - the house probably has it!! The view is spectacular, we enjoyed many nights on the deck. The rooms are very comfortable, so nice to have so many king beds. The downstairs kid “den” was amazing, the kids did not want to leave it!! The dock access is the only thing to consider if you have anyone who is physically challenged. Although a...

'We had a rocky start with no a/c for a couple of days, but Oscar made that right, and we just made sure we had very full days in Yosemite. The Sierra National Forest also had a lot to offer and the cabin provided a good jumping off point for each day of our visit.'

The large kitchen, spacious house and patio allowed for great times shared together. The morning coffee by the patio fireplace and close proximity to Yosemite National Park made our stay very memorable! Thanks to the owner for making it such an easy process and an enjoyable stay! We had a wonderful time and would love to return someday.'

'The house was clean and relatively well stocked. Our group of 9 had everything that we needed. The property felt nice and private with no neighbors in view. The trail down to the river was steep but short, and the spot at the river is absolutely gorgeous. Some additional instructions for some things - like how to turn on the hot tub and the outside string lights would have been helpful and saved us some time. Other than that it was a great place to stay.'

'A/C is advertised for this property and there's no A/C, which was one of my needs when I decided to book this cabin.Two of the days during my stay were pretty warm and needed the A/C. Everything else about the cabin was comfortable and good. Shaver lake is beautiful and relaxing.'
