'The onsen is a great plus and the amenities is perfect. Everything you need, they provided! Part of the onsen was just for women. So nice. The staff didn’t spoke fluent English, but it was good enough to communicate. It was close to the subway. With 2 little kids that’s a great plus! If we go back we would consider this hotel again!'

'A family of 5 with 3 teenage kids go all absolute loved staying here with the free snacks and services. Being close to Dontonbori and the metro made it convenient to get around. The accommodation was very clean and I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again. '

'Great location for the hotel. Staff was great and amazing, especially enjoyed offerings of complimentary late night ramen and desserts.
