It is located in the countryside where peace and quiet reign, a green space is accessible at the front (600 m2) and at the back of the semi-enclosed gîte (750 m2). Gite with 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people.
Ground floor: entrance hall, large room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge area, toilet.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), adjoining shower room with toilet, 1 bedroom (2 single beds or 1 double bed) with its adjoining shower room with toilet.

Electric heating (billed according to consumption) and/or wood pellets. (€10 per bag). Portable coverage: SFR and Orange. €60 cleaning fee required for professionals every 15 days.
