'Absolute perfection. Quiet, beautiful, cozy, and inspiring. The physical dwelling is stunning- the consideration to detail in the design is noteworthy, and waking up to the floor to ceiling window view over the lake was something of dreams. Everything delivered as promised and then some! If I HAVE to find a critique, it would be that it was a little difficult to get the kayaks/paddleboards to the water from where they are stowed, but I have a hunch the water level was super low and that issue...

'This July we had a family reunion in Newport with 66 people attending. My large-ish family wanted to stay together and the accommodations in the lodge at Fogg Brook Resort could not have been more perfect. The space was large enough for 10 of us to be together without being on top of each other and the deck space added even more room for us to enjoy. We've recommended Fogg Brook's VRBO space to everyone at our event and will definitely stay there again!'

'We came up for our daughter’s wedding and needed a spot to relax and reenergize between setting up, decorating, rehearsing and the big day. SugarMaple provided just that. 'This was the first time I had been up to Greenville. We booked this home earlier this year for a family wedding we were attending in Sept. The Host Kirby was quick to respond & accommodating. This home was charming & meant all our needs. Would definitely stay here again. '

'Quaint cabin, small. Definitely no more than 2 people or small family of 4. No A/C upstairs. Just a double bed upstairs with 2 twins in same area. Road to cabin is very hard to find and bumpy dirt road. Cabin address not marked or described well. We had to park up by road and walk down to see what cabin looked like picture. Cannot use wood stove. '

'This is a wonderful cabin in a secluded and quiet spot. The hosts were wonderful, responsive and helpful throughout the process. The cabin was set up with Roku TV and games and puzzles. Beds were comfortable. The overall experience was relaxing and perfect for some time away.'

'Nice Lil cabin. Clean and comfortable beds. I was able to get Wifi and movies on Roku. Close to the wilderness and also downtown greenville and Nearby Rockwood and Jackman Maine. The front entrance is a little trickey at first but after you do it once you get the hang of it.. All and all great stay. Would definitely go back '

'We totally enjoyed this home and will plan to return in the future. Sleeping arrangements for 6 men was not perfect... I would highly recommend this property for a family get away! The house and location are ideal for experiencing the big woods of Maine. Hunting trip was a huge success!'

'The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was the best equipped of any vacation rental we ever had. There was easy access to the lake right out back via a small dock and very nice, safe beach area. Beautiful views across the lake, and very close to the restaurants in town. We will definitely be back next year!'

'The property is beautiful, and the house in right on the lake. The outdoor set up is wonderful, we'd love to come back in the warmer months to enjoy it more! The inside was comfortable and had plenty of space for our family of 5. We didn't use the bunkhouse but it was a great additional space. We loved how quiet and peaceful the location was and had a wonderful, relaxing weekend. The host was easy to communicate with.'
