'Long elevator wait time, and constantly crowded elevators. Also, the pool area was horrible. Tons of empty reserved seating, while many people had to sit in the grass, along the sides. The reservation seating system is a disaster. It should be first come first serve on the normal chairs and reservations for the day beds or cabanas. There were over 50 regular chairs that had reserved labels on them, but were empty for most of the day, while dozens of people had to sit on the ground, grass, etc....

'Perfect location. Rooms are dated. I don’t like it when they say that your room is available but because its a few hours to early (because of an early flight) you have to pay 25 dollar extra. Room was not clean (empty packaging latex contraceptives) behind the bed. Als in tower 3 there was somebody “welcomes” you with a wheel you can turn to win a 120 minutes time share meeting…..'

'We stayed 2 nights here. Our first impression of the hotel was the beautiful lobby near the bayfront. Checkin took a long time as there was a long line so I do think they might need more staff in front. We were lucky to get a corner room on a high level so we had a room with vast, absolutely beautiful views looking out toward the water and across from Petco Park. The bathroom was nice, lots of counter space, luxurious shower body wash, shampoo, and conditioner products from Crabtree and Evelyn....

'Customer service from Hotel staff, including the staff at Maryjane’s restaurant was exceptional. Taylor Celeste checked us in & was a gem. My wife suffers from debilitating neuropathy from chemotherapy, our room wasn’t quite ready, she led us to a little and very comfortable lounge, made sure that my wife was comfortable and gave us each a complimentary adult beverage. She was incredibly friendly and kind. That small gesture was the start of a great stay. Our room wasn’t awesone, clean, great...
