'Front desk staff and the people who were able to support arrival via messaging in the Hilton app were amazing. They treated us with respect and compassion! They are also very accommodating to special needs. The only thing that put a little damper on the stay was “resort fee” that also includes credit to the restaurant and shop…the shop in the hotel shows no prices on anything! So if you try to spend your “store credit” for the day - you have to bring each item to the store clerk to scan to find...

'Everything was perfect. I appreciate that they had the basic stuff ready for us to make some sort of Thanksgiving dinner! My one suggestion might be to upgrade the couch. It gets a little uncomfortable after a while. :)'
