If you need anything, you either have to bring it or they will charge you for the smallest things. they wouldn't even give regular water without having to pay for a bottle or going to the bar by the pool. the staff are pretty nice. this resort is also very expensive for little things. all the money you pay for the things on the resort, you might as well pay for an all inclusive and be more relaxed there. my room...

'Ac didn’t work in first room they accommodated and moved me to another room only issue was it was Saturday night and it was above their restaurant and bar and the music was so loud it shook your floor and you had to liste in to it until 12 pm. After I said something they accommodated me again moved me to a quiet room and gave me a free night. So if you do ever have an issue there speak up and they will most definitely make it correct.
