'What a great cottage for our water adventures! Made me smile right away given the happy decor, well supplied kitchens, laundry and perfect dock for our flats boat and kayaks! And even a great hose there for clean up ( ie scallops) . Another plus is there are Boat launches within a block . Bed was so comfortable and the living room TV great for watching the Olympics '

'We were very happy with our stay! Property was exactly as described; so peaceful and beautiful out back! We stayed 3 nights and found everything we wanted to do was extremely close by, very convenient. We didn’t utilize all the amenities offered, but the host, Chaz, thought of everything. 'This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed at the cottage. Love the location to the springs. We enjoyed watching dolphins and manatees swimming right behind the house. The cottage is perfect for our family of 4. Well stocked kitchen and the propane grill was a nice addition from our last stay. The kids loved going to breakfast at Florida Cracker by boat& we really enjoyed Marguerita Grill for dinner. We are already planning our next trip.'

'I loved this property! We went to the cabins to celebrate my birthday. We knew ahead of time that the cabin we rented did not have AC, however, I called the owner to let her know our ETA, and we found out the cabin with the AC (runs on a generator) was available, and she was so accommodating and allowed us to stay in the comfort cabin instead.
