'We booked a cabin that had 4 bedrooms and two baths as a family of 4 older adults used the booking to celebrate a milestone birthday. The location was great, everything worked, it was extremely clean, and we couldn’t thank our host often enough for all of the help in planning and being available for questions. 'We wanted to get away and leave the city behind in a dog friendly cabin with full kitchen. It's a great cabin for that. It had streaming services on the main TV. We had issues with our T-Mobile cellphone service. There is a Verizon tower close, I assume Verizon customers will have better service. I had to drive to Springerville to make phone calls on my T-Mobile cellphone. Our devices were able to use the cabin Wi-Fi to stream shows or movies. Spotty texting and no cellular phone calls...

'We couldn’t have been happier with the Black Bear Chalet! All features & amenities of the two bedroom & two bathroom cabin were first rate! Very close to well known Molly Butler Restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the wildlife in the surrounding areas, including elk, deer, antelope & wild turkey. Also enjoyed the cooler 8,350 foot elevation of Greer, AZ.'
