'The room was clean, beds were comfortable, had plenty of towels and lighting in the room was good. Our air conditioner did not work in our room and we had to pay extra for parking, $42.76 per night, had to pay $50 deposit, which we weren’t aware of this before we arrived at the hotel. I’m not sure if we will stay there on our next trip to Austin.'

'Had a great stay at East Austin Hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite from start to finish. They even helped me with my luggage after checkout, which I really appreciated. The restrooms and overall property were very clean, and the location was perfect with everything nearby. The whole area felt welcoming and easy to get around. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m back in Austin.'

The air felt heavy, and it seemed like there was little to no ventilation. The shower was another issue—the water had a strange, unpleasant smell and the water pressure was uncomfortably strong. The water didn’t look clean and there was no shade… Overall, this was not a pleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless some serious improvements are made"
