'Generally a good hotel. But reception doesn't answer phone and I asked twice for replacement milk and coffee and it wasn't provided. Very strange'

'Near new property- clean & generous sized rooms- appeared to have everything you could need to self cater a short stay with shops & groceries directly across the road ( our view was the Woolworths sign). We did not use the cooking facilities as had an overnight stay only. Air con & lifts were a little noisy. Had thought that restaurant strip/shops across the road may prove noisy but it didn't . Secure building & friendly staff.'

'We stayed at The Sebel for 6 nights, while having a holiday in Canberra. The hotel is in a great spot, close to numerous restaurants and the lake. It is approx 2km out from the CBD. When we arrived, reception were absolutely lovely. My mum is disabled and uses a wheelchair for mobility support, and the Sebel did everything in their power to make her stay enjoyable.
