'This place was so cute! The pictures don't do it justice. The layout of the house is perfect. The rooms are spread out so your not on top of each other with larger groups. Each room has an a/c which was so nice. This house is in a great location, in such privacy, but so close to stores, food, and shops. Will definitely be back. 'Beautiful views from this rustic, comfortable lakeside cottage in a quiet community. FYI, make sure you have bottled water, soap, shampoo and basic kitchen supplies (like keurig coffee) milk, etc before arriving. Also, the cottage though it accommodates 6, would probably work best for a smaller party with only one bathroom in the cottage.'

'Susan was the most warm and thoughtful host! She was there when we checked in and left us a lovely welcome basket! We were three couples traveling for baseball playoffs. The weather was dreary, but we all still enjoyed the view and the fireplace made it very cozy! The kitchen was absolutely charming, felt like a step back in time. Everything that needed to be was modern and comfortable, while still maintaining old world charm. Clean, organized, cheery - everything you would want in a rental!'

No detail was overlooked- the kitchen was well supplied, and the spacious upstairs bedroom/extra living space and master bedroom were perfect for our family. Pretty lake views were an added bonus. 'Highlights: My family of 5 had a great time visiting Amston Lake. We loved the nearby (5 min walk) sandy beach with 2 kayaks, life jackets and paddles provided for our use. Susan was quick to reply when we couldn't locate the paddles. The memory foam beds were comfortable, along with the light summer linens. To clarify the listing- the 2 downstairs rooms each have a queen bed, and updstairs has 2 twins. I understood there were inflatable beds for use, but we did not use. Having AC was a must and...
