'We had a wonderful stay in Alan’s beautiful cabin. It was the perfect getaway. '

It was clean, cosy, spacious and the beds were good. Only the fact that the bedrooms had no ceiling was our only point of critique. 'Everything from our check in to check out was A+. Cottage was immaculate, bright, and open with views of the bay from every room. Kitchen is fully equipped with amenities that aren’t usually supplied such as assortment of seasonings, cooking oil, cooking spray, ziplock bags, travel size treats such as cookies, chips, and crackers, etc. We absolutely loved how quiet and peaceful it was. 'Wonderful camp, just magnificent views of the pond. The road was tough (unpaved), but it was so quiet. Again we went in October. Inside was very clean and nice, just like the photos they had on the website. We took drive to Bar Harbor very nice 👌 '

'No need to communicate with property manager as everything was in good condition and self explanatory. Large group arrived at second property which did impact us a bit but we were leaving the next day so not an issue. '

'The cabin is tiny, but clean. There are communal areas to hang out and get more space if you need it, with some dishes and other supplies. Great communication from the property manager. The cabin was noisy and the white noise machine didn't work, but I was able to use the white noise machine on my phone. Also, there was a coffee maker but no cups. Overall, a pleasant enough stay.'

The home was incredibly charming and in an incredible location close to the restaurants in south harbor. We were very comfortable in the home and had everything we could ask for in our stay.
