'Vriendelijk personeel. Je maakt je eigen ontbijt in een aparte keuken. Staat van pand en kamers is gedateerd....past bij de wijk. Direct bij metro en bus richting centrum.locatie dus top, goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.'

'Very convenient location, comfortable and quiet. My only issue was two other guests deciding to partake in, how can I put it in polite terms, extremely intimate activities in the shared living room!! Not the fault of the property I know so it wouldn't put me off staying here again :)'

'Het was mijn eerste keer naar het VK. De kamer was zoals verwacht voor de prijs. Bed was redelijk comfortabel, al heb ik wel het matras moeten omdraaien. Het personeel was ook erg vriendelijk. De douche was minder comfortabel en is aan vervanging toe. Daarnaast was er veel geluid van vliegtuigen, maar dat kun je verwachten als je zo dicht bij het vliegveld slaapt.'

'The accommodation is ‘comfy’.. There was only 1 large plate and 1 small side plate, no wiping up cloth and only 1 tea bag, however B&M is literally directly opposite and is open till 8pm there’s also a large Asda 10mins walk to your left as you exit the place. Everything within the accommodation is clean well presented & modern. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Check in was simple. Communication with hosts great. Bathroom is incredibly tiny! But again has everything you need. I would visit...

'Cheap and basic, as advertised. Quite a lot of traffic noise It was fine, but the mandatory cleaning charge was a bit of a surprise, as was the resident mouse'

'Excellent place to say. 5m walk to the O2 along the river. Very friendly staff. 10% off food and drink. Brilliant beer and Pizza. Rooms are comfortable, secure and clean. Bed is comfortable. What more do you need?'

'It is not a place i would recommend to lone females. Its not a hotel so unsure why its on hotels.com. The ffont curtilage is unkempt with weeds growing through blockpave, the rear garden is like a jungle. Not even facilities for a welcome or early morning brew unless you bring your own. Tge walls are paper thin so you gear everything. I was in room 4 which was basic, clean bedding but curtains that allow light tgrough. The overgrown shrubs in the rear garden are at window height for first floor...

'Great room and facilities, bathroom was impressive but as the facilities were shared the kitchens weren’t very clean and the other people who lived at the property were very noisy so we struggled to sleep. Overall very reasonable priced property and with a few tweets could be a lot better '

'Kamer was heel klein en vuil. Er lag stof achter het bed. Bij binnenkomst zagen we mieren over de vloer kruipen. Badkamer was een gedeelde badkamer en er lagen haren in de douche. We hebben ons er niet gedoucht. Bed was dan wel weer goed. Keuken was proper en er waren voldoende voorzieningen. '

'A very cozy, clean and perfectly located guesthouse with a very warm and personal service. Breakfast is a healthy and varied perfect start dor any day. Public transport is close by and puts you in central London in about 20 minutes. Highly rcommended !!'

'A bizarre experience… Wasn’t able to actually stay at this property as I never received check-in instructions from the host. Unfortunately the host read and ignored my messages and emails as well as communications from the property manager (they weren’t much help either), for reasons unknown. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and gave me a full refund + a voucher for compensation.'

" I would like to bring to your urgent attention my total dissatifaction and bad experience i had during my stay at your hotel over the weekend. I spoke to a lady in the evening of 4th May 2025 who checked me in about the case and she told me the previous customers must have been the ones. I informed her the room was a having a strong very bad smell of being smoked in!!!!! She acknowledged it and said they would send a team with a special machine to make sure the smell is removed. I informed her i came for holiday and am not happy by this and now i had to leave the room due to the bad smell and went and stayed out longer to avoid it. On Sunday afternoon i asked her to please send a team and that the smell is sooooo bad while i was again moving out. To my suprise when i came back that night on sunday. It was still there. I had to try to sleep with the windows open, with alot of discomfort totally not happy!!!!!!!!! In the end i could not sleep. I was having a very unpleasant smell with in the room and bed!!!! While doing the check out i raised my concern and the gentleman at the desk told me he coul not do anything but also told me the girl had not left any info on the handover about this case! This is not good customer care and service plus follow up!!! His name is Jasim for reference. He told me to write to you for a refund. I am hereby writing to request a refund because i am veryyyyyyy angry and dissappointed by this situation. I regret my trip from Amsterdam why i "

"The people were very nice. The food in the restaurant below was good. But the room was in a poor state. Furniture was broken and torn. Bed-sofa half broken and linnen dirty. Hardly any toiletpaper. We had to ask for paper every day. The request for room cleaning was not granted. Curtain was hanging loose on one end. Shower door was hanging sideways. Mould in the ledges of the shower. Carpet was dusty and old. "
