'The location is good and the apartment was as advertised. The property representative was very attentive and met us at check in to answer any questions and give us additional information. '

'This was ideal for a family of four with older children. We do not like to share a single hotel, and this met all of our needs. We loved the accessibility of coming and going as we pleased, and it is ground floor so there are no long Elevator waits. The apartment was clean and adequately furnished. The neighborhood was quiet, and just a little off the beaten path to avoid the busy tourist areas. It felt like it was our own place in NYC. I would highly recommend this!! '

'This was my first visit to NYC and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Even though we had 3 flights of stairs it was still well worth the location. And easy communication with our host. We had a great stay. '

'My roommate and I stayed in this unit as temp living for 3 months. The unit is extremely clean and is nicely updated. The owner lives nearby and is very responsive. He was aways was quick to solve any issues that came up. Only downside is the location is about a 15 min walk to the nearest subway station but there are plenty groceries, bars, parks, etc in walking distance.'

'The host was proactive and friendly, reaching out the day before we arrived to ensure we had all the correct information. The apartment itself was very comfortable and cute. Cleanliness is excellent. The beds were comfortable. There is a grocery store about a block away which was very convenient. The apartment (located at the corner of 1st Ave and 105th) is about 3 blocks from the subway station at Lexington and 103rd. This is an urban apartment building so there is a fair amount of noise from...

'My family and I we stayed for threee days in NYC, and I’m so happy that I decided to take this apartment. The location is so convenient and near to almost everything. If you are planning to stay cozy and with a big crowd this is your best option PERIOD. The only thing that I can suggest is to change the couch at the living room area, sooo uncomfortable lol. If you are expecting a fancy place, everything in this city is old but I thing everything comes with the experience :) '

'We were in NY for Christmas to visit family. The apartment is small (it is NY) but has everything you need. It is convenient but not on a busy street. Check and communication were all very efficient. '

'The apartment was as advertised, and the management team were very responsive. It was spotless when we arrived and fully equipped for comfort. It's on the first floor so from time to time there is outside street noise but nothing too much. Easy walk to Central Park and Mid-Town. We enjoyed our stay.'

'The space matched exactly to the pictures … expectations met! We are a family of 5 & we really were only in the apartment to sleep … very comfortable! We’d definitely stay again as this place fit our budget, very convenient to public transportation, grocery store on the corner, etc. our host was very helpful… so much so he stopped over with an additional comforter when we needed 1 more for the futon. 'This is a rare find in the center of Manhatten. The place is dated and basic, but is very close to subway and you can walk to Central Park and Times Square. The host is great, check-in instructions are clear. I woud not recommend this as a sub for hotel, but at the right price it is a very valuable option if you just need a place to crash for a night'
