'Great amenities. Very clean. A short drive to Breckenridge shopping, great restaurants, and a fully stocked grocery minutes away. Susan (owner) was exceptionally accessible and accommodating! She contacted us before our arrival, and promptly answered our questions after we arrived too. 'This was a great place to stay for a spring ski trip to A Basin. The bus that goes up to A Basin stops right next to this property, so it was very easy to get up to the mountain. The studio condo was very nice--well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, and very clean. The check out instructions were a little confusing--not communicated when I checked in, and I could not figure out where the garbage was supposed to go.
