'Excellent location and overall property. The resort staff has a bias towards VRBO guests, the passive-aggressive attitude starts as soon as they realize that is how you booked. The unit was not clean, broken towel rack (in pieces on the counter) missing light bulbs, dirty pool towels in the closet floor, dirty bath towel on back of toilet rm door. VRBO host very good, responded quickly. Parking was mandated to bldg down the street only accessible by going outside and walking. '

'My wife and I have stayed in numerous Colorado ski-in condos over the years. This place could use some real attention in both the maintenance and management service/info communication departments. Check in took far longer than it should have. Vacasa management office is pretty easy to track down, but the check-in message from the property contained no info about which lock box to use to obtain the room keys. Had to wait for a management service rep to look that info up. An inefficient step that...

'This location is perfectly placed near the learning area for anyone coming to Breck for the first time and looking to take lessons. The room itself was perfect for what we needed, beautiful balcony and overall a great ambiance. Bathroom shower could be better kept, but outside of that it was perfect. If you stay here and plan to rent ski gear, make sure to rent from Charter Sports in the same building! '

'I’m so happy I stumbled on this listing as I’ve been wanting to get to beaver creek to check it out. The hosts/management comp was very quick to reply to any questions I had along the way and to provide extra items that were running short. The place was clean and comfortable and as someone that cooks a lot I really appreciated that it was set up with so many of the basic things you need that so many places lack. Location is walkable to bear lot so you don’t have to worry about parking to catch...

'Great ski condo location, restful place to crash after a hard day on the slopes. In floor heating and elevator are very nice. Great view of Gore range & Buffalo Mtn. Some maintenance is needed but nothing to detract from the enjoyment of the condo.'
