'I was expecting something different when I booked a hotel with 4,5 stars. It's that definitely not worth that many. The lobby and restaurant are stunning, but the rooms are definitely out-dated and not worth 4,5 stars. The furniture is extremely old and some have locks, which is weird since I'd like to use the furniture in my room? The bathroom was also very old and out-dated. Our conditioner was empty after 1 shower (we were 3 people, 1 person used the conditioner). We were so kind and...

'Stayed at the Hilton with a family of 6 (4 children). Service was exceptional- from looking after our bags prior to check in and offering us passes to the pool, to free gifts for the children, exceptional buffet breakfast with something for everyone, kitchen facilities in the room and a concierge desk that was more than helpful with advice and guidance around transport. Would not fault the Hilton in any way and would highly recommend and stay there again as a family or just as a couple.'
