'The Kimball house has everything that is needed for a memorable get-away. We booked the house because of the accessibility with the ramp and first floor bedroom/bathroom. The small touches are what truly won us over. The house is very well taken care of with perfectly thought of upgrades and amenities. The first day was rainy but that was okay as the house has it all. 'We had 5 adults and 4 kids. Place was clean and amenities were well thought out. From pre bagged bedding for the futons to marshmallow roasting sticks, they thought of everything to make the place great. Beautiful lake, beautiful place. Host is a rockstar, I had multi questions and they responded very fast each time. Highly recommend!!!'

'Very unique and beautiful house! We caught fish from the dock. Had campfire every night. Property manager was very responsive to our needs. The steps down to the lake were quite a few but well worth it. Could use some solar lights on steps to guide the way after dark. I highly recommend staying here.'

'We had a great time! The lake was beautiful and the house location is perfect for sitting on the dock to watch the sunset. We rented a jet ski from the owners and they delivered/ picked up right at the dock! The convenience was amazing. We were there to enjoy the water. Tubing, wakeboarding, jet ski, fishing! There was a school of sunfish living under the dock so the kids loved feeding them crumbs and watching them in the water. Also I must add that the house felt much bigger than the pictures...

'We stayed at Feathered Acres relatively last minute (thanks Trisha!!) after making some travel plan changes and we had such a wonderful time. Travelled with mom and my two toddlers and we all had a blast. We stayed in the smaller studio unit the first night and the larger two bedroom unit the second night and both were so cute, thoughtful and comfortable! 'We stayed for a training that was being held in Willmar over the weekend. It was so much nicer to stay in a place where we could all hang out but have space to still sleep and getaway as needed. 'This property was perfect for our family. We stayed for 5 nights for a wedding. Had a chef cook the grooms dinner for us. They provided us extra tables and chairs for our event. Yes! 'It was a great stay, the cabin/house was really nice and modern. It's even bigger and better than the pictures show. Finished garage/game room was awesome and got a lot of use.
