'We had a great stay. The communication with the owner was easy from start to finish and we even got a great recommendation for an afternoon trip to Botany Bay. It was easy bike access to everything. Take heed of the reviews of the signs from the above tenants. It didn’t bother us and the vacationers weren’t rowdy when we were there but you can definitely hear their footsteps being a lower level condo. Nonetheless, it didn’t affect our stay at all. 'We had a nice stay. There were several issues with the property. We called and were able to resolve one of them. They sent some one to repair the hole in the deck. They were unable to stop the lights from blinking over the table. The repairman came on Wednesday evening and said that he thought that the bulbs were the wrong kind. The hardware store was already closed by the time he came. So we just had blinking lights. We made it like a running joke with the kids. They thought it was funny. But...

'Our family had a wonderful time and truly loved our stay here. Nicely decorated, well-equipped, spacious, quiet location, just a short bike ride away from the beach, beautiful golf course views. We enjoyed sitting in the sun room in the mornings watching golfers and listening to my husband’s silly commentary, and sitting together outside in the swing each evening watching the deer feed. 'Maureen was very responsive and patient with all my first-day questions. The condo is large and well-appointed. The surrounding golf course and resort area are surrounded with beautiful Spanish moss-adorned oak trees. Great atmosphere!'

'This condo was clean and well-furnished with updated bathrooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen was especially well supplied with everything we needed. The views of the inlet and waterways allowed us to bird watch from the balcony. Our only concern was a persistent moldy smell which remained on our clothing when we returned home.'

'As the owner of a 15 year old chihuahua, we try to take her with us as much as possible. I am SO THANKFUL for owners such as this one! The place was VERY clean. Even glasses stored in an open cabinet were clean, as was top of fridge. Decor was SO CUTE! Loved the map artwork, the Pigly Wigly art, all of it! The nature/views/property? Outstanding! An inhabited bluebird box right outside the deck, deer that came to visit every night, even a trash panda sighting! 😉. This place is STOCKED! Nice...

'For the money that was charged, the unit was unacceptable. It was small, dryer didn't vent to the exterior so when used it filled the unit with humidity, outlet didn't work in the bathroom, hair dryer was not included, back porch was dirty and covered with debris, address was difficult to find, light over the steps didn't work. I appreciated the company left us some paper products and soap, shampoo, conditioner when the posting stated those items were not included. For those of us that do not...

'We only stayed one night on our road trip, but I would have happily stayed longer. Great location on the golf course and close drive to the beach. Condo was good size for even 4 of us and very peaceful. Would definitely stay again and longer!'

'Loved location my husband 😍 the dock ( fished every day). Main bathroom tub need mat or non slip strip as both myself and husband almost feel taking showers due to being slick. Clothes dryer worked in 5 minute increments ( waited 20 minutes per instructions) after 3rd attempt just placed clothes on outside rail to dry. Even with the 2 issues would stay again and will recommend.'
