From check in to departure, the staff couldn’t do enough to help, every single employee we came across was welcoming and kind.
While the hotel is older the room was spotlessly clean and the food portions extremely generous.

'We pre booked a 4 night stay and fully paid only to turn up for check in and the hotel was closed for renovations. We had to stay somewhere else. The owner claimed he didn’t have our booking on his system but we had confirmation etc.'
'Beautiful view of the lagoon from the room. Location is great,the resort is in a quiet location but close enough to town and amenities. Food at the restaurant is very good. The staff are very friendly and quick to respond. Would stay again next time.'
'Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only. 'Resort is undergoing some upgrades atm to cope with the expected influx of school holiday travelers, The rebuilt children's splash zone will be a treat once completed and the kitchen is in the process of being refit as well.
Staff and management are great and a pleasure to communicate with.
Prices for food and drinks are on par with town center so if you do not wish to travel there is that option, also there is a supermarket next door with ATM's on the outside of the building.

'Good resort, very clean, nice setting. Staff is lovely, their travel desk can be a bit pushy in offering only their tours (Pele island didn't exist because they didn't offer a tour to it for instance...).
Thing to improve is the breakfast. Pancakes, canned fruit, Vegemite and some very dry pastries and that was it. Anything else had to be paid for.'
'Stunning views of Fatumaru Bay, relaxing home away from home vibe. Kayaks and water access at your doorstep. Walking distance to local cafes. We walked all the way into town and enjoyed the shoreline board walk. There is a very friendly cat who will be friend you if you wish it to- just lovely!'
