'I am very upset with Hotels.com for even listing this place. The flush was broken, the soap dish was unusable, the bathroom door, the towel rack, the toilet paper holder - everything was broken. The beds had no fitted sheets so in the middle of the night we woke up to find ourselves sleeping directly on the filthy mattress. The blanket was worse that you would find in Motel 8. It was the most disgusting property we have ever seen and for this high a price??? I think hotels.com should refund my...

'We stayed for 5 nights and it was simply amazing. This property has been owned by a husband and wife for 25 years. They maintain it very well and the room was way nicer than the 2 star rating this hotel has. Breakfast was amazing and delivered to our patio each morning once requested. Housekeeping daily and they reset our room each time perfectly. We had a perfect view of the caldera from our patio every single day. Highly recommend!'
