'He has a nice set up. It is a camping experience for sure, I had a great time. The cabin had a nice fridge, a microwave and several beds. It's a great place to come for a couple days with some groceries and just disconnect. The river and the scenery is really nice. There is a shower house and it is private. '

'The Love Shack is perfect for a couple or a small family. It was clean and well maintained. The hot tub was very relaxing. We liked that all the appliances and equipment worked perfectly. The front porch was nice for sitting by the fire pit in the evening. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will be returning.'

'We had a wonderful time staying in the little cabin by the beautiful blue pond on the property. It is a nice little pond that you can partially walk around, With access to a floating dock, a little boat that we took out even late at night, which was fun. We brought our two dogs and let them roam. They had a lot of fun exploring. Larry and Amber greeted us and brought us firewood and filled our tiki torches , they are good hosts. 'The property was not cleaned when we checked in. But the cleaning staff was there within 30 minutes and did a very thorough job. There were cobwebs outside and the rain gutters were clogged (and still are). Windows were dirty (and still are). The traffic noise made it hard to sleep. Part of the baseboard are missing in the bathroom upstairs and there is pink mold growing in the bathtub area. The fire pit could not be lit. There are 2 dirty, rusty lounge chairs by the propane tank on the patio....

'Owls Nest is located on our favorite end of Deep Creek Lake. We loved the cottage style and decor with everything you truly need for a comfortable and fun stay. The best part for us was the inclusion of kayaks, canoes and paddle boards. The fishing wasn’t bad either. Next we will stay longer.'

'We love the place so much that we are planning to stay again at the same resort. We had a little minor set back with our vechicle so we stayed at the resort most of the time. We were able to cook at the cabin with all the utensils that we needed plus a grill. There are two ponds that we took our kids to go fishing and they loved that! Plus the mini golfing was a plus for them. We want to come when the pool is open so they can go swimming.'

'Home was clean. Had plenty of room to move around in. Basement was nice for hanging out in. The road to house is steep. Highly recommend 4WD vehicle. Located near activities in Deep Creek. Only downside is no dishwasher so need to hand wash any dishes used.'

'This property was very nice. Sitting on the deck was fabulous with a great view. The kitchen was well stocked (coffee included). I don't know the area well, but we were close to shops, restaurants, and treats. Would definitely stay here again. My changes would be a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom vs a full, another chair on the deck, and time to replace some of the towels.'

'Our family of 10 had a great time on the lake. The house is comfortable to host a large group. Multiple King beds is a big plus. The lake views are stunning. Parking can be a bit tricky if you have multiple cars but after a few times pulling in and out we figured it out. We are looking forward to visiting again, hopefully in warmer months to take full advantage of the lake activities. Hima was amazing at answering all of our questions throughout our stay. I highly recommend Hygge Memories!!!'

'We totally enjoyed our stay! There was enough common space for all of us to hang out together and play games, do puzzles, and watch TV. Though since we were 3 couples the bunkbed room wasn’t the best for a couple, but we made it work. The location on the lake was beautiful and we walked our dog around it most days. It was convenient to restaurant and Ski Wisp. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again for sure!'

'We loved the property! The house was beautiful & the views were amazing. The interior of the house was clean. We enjoyed the amenities. We were disappointed in the condition of the front entry & back deck. The entry had broken steps that were unstable. There were piles of leaves all over. The huge back deck was also filled with leaves & debris. The tables were very dirty. We would recommend this rental if the outside issues were improved.'
