' Overall, the stay was very good. However, I believe the place lacks some basic amenities, such as an oven, a toaster, and a hairdryer. We requested a hairdryer, which was provided the next day, but it was collected again the following day. The highlights of the place include the exceptionally friendly staff, especially the receptionist Mohamed, as well as its cleanliness and safety. 'The property is very clean. Staff are cheerful and helpful. When you ask for help, they respond quickly and solve the problem The only problem is the internet is very weak.'

'The hosts were amazing and friendly. Language was a bit of a barrier but the staff had good grasp of English to have engaging conversations. They were also very accomodating to our needs as well. The rooftop view of the Pyramids is one of the highlights. And the Pyramids are a walking distance too from the lodge if you are into that kind of thing. Otherwise you can get one of the horse drawn carriages Pharaoh style to get there. All in all, solid 5 stars'

'We had a beautiful view of the pyramids from the room and the rooftop. The staff were very kind and treated my son well. The room was clean. The only drawback was the low water pressure in the shower. But other than that it was a perfect stay. I had a bad experience staying at another hotel in Egypt, but this hotel is great. 'We had a lovely stay at Lilly Apartments. Everything you need for a self contained stay is there. Well equipped kitchen and the bathroom clean with a great shower and plenty of hot water. The beds are comfortable and there is lots of cupboard space.The staff are so friendly and helpful and the check in and check out went smoothly. '
