We tried calling the host multiple times but nobody answered the calls. Finally, the head of the security stepped in and decided to let me in since I have the confirmation email. '

'The property was very nice. The unit was a condo rental managed by Hosteeva. I had to communicate with Expedia and Hosteeva. A confusing grouping of emails and texts. I received messages from Hosteeva requesting additional info, and I was really sure who they were. I had to call and request my final info to gain access into the unit. 'We liked the place. Whole house, separate rooms. But the water was awful and you can smell it. We did not like the most was the access of the caretaker while the rental is occupied. And isn't the policy of vrbo that the owner/caretaker etc supposedly not in the permises..correct me if im mistaken??..?? The bed was terrible, I'm sorry Hard, uncomfortable. There's a sign by the kitchen by the stove saying clean after use but the stove was dirty to start with. Also, ants everywhere. Bug killer...

'It's corner property and it's so loud night and day, so hard to sleep... Room insolation is not good, you can hear all the noise outside... Caretaker is nice, location is good, but very loud and noise, cars driving, car horn and people talking down the streets are very loud'

'The room is a disappointment. The pungent smell of the drainage in the room near the kitchen greets you as you open the door. The general appearance of the unit is fair. Very used sofa and beddings. The masters bathroom is locked and not usable leaving us with 1 decent full bathroom and a dirty small bathroom in the maid's room which was counted as a 3rd room and is not livable.
