'Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?'

'We are a family of 6 and stayed for 2 nights. Our flight got delayed so we arrived completely exhausted around 10:40 pm. The main door to the building was locked and owner was not responsive to our messages so we were terrified we would be on the street the whole night. 'Good location with a good Spa facility including both steam room and dry sauna, pool was clean with a number of different water jets to soothe the sore muscles, along with an air jet bed. Room was good with a small locket/eating area that was equipped for short stays. There is a bar that has load music close by that could disturb your sleep if you don’t have ear plugs. It was load!! '

'This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly.'

"Had a lovely time here in Zermatt. Hotel is on a nice walking distance from the train station and you can easily explore the city centre from here."

"The owner at the reception was very friendly, although the reservation from expedia was not received yet, he gave us the key and a better room. Nice room with balcony, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was accommodated to our time of departure. "
