'My family and I had a wonderful stay at Linda's cottage! It’s within a very short walking distance to everything you could want for a beach getaway—a restaurant literally outside the front door, a nearby beach entrance, a park for the kids, and a grocery mart just five minutes away. Despite the convenience, the cottage felt secluded in a peaceful, quiet setting. Thanks for a fantastic weekend escape! '

'The place is exactly as pictured, and even more charming and comfortable in person. The location is perfect, close to everything but serene and peaceful as well. It's less than a 10 min Uber ride from Berkeley (we were visiting our college kid), and we had no problems getting rides. The communication from the host was above and beyond, which we appreciated. Overall I'd give 10 stars if possible, and we definitely look forward to coming back to hopefully check out more of the surrounding area,...

'PERFECT little place! We will be back. The views are amazing, the bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept on away from home, and the location can't be beat. There is a lovely deck, but if you want to sit on the sand, bring your own beach chairs. '

'Woodacre is a great location and this property is in a perfect spot ... high on a hill overlooking the valley. Fully equipped. Great shower. Super back deck. Very comfy bed and pillows (nice surprise). I was visiting friends in Fairfax so this was minutes away. Hiking nearby is very nice, the local deli has sandwiches and breakfast menus that were a surprise and it was quiet. Sunny the dog visited a few days and got treats I always carry on the road.
