'The cottage was cute and well equipped. At first as we were driving there it seemed so far off the beaten path. As we ventured out the next day to Acadia National park we realized we weren’t that far away. It was about a 45 min drive. We do like to watch a little tv before bed; so, if you want a tv, there is no tv. We listened to our music. It was a little too cold to sit outside to do any star gazing. The view of the sunrise over Cadillac mountain was beautiful!'

'We had a great time! Place was easy to get to and check in was easy. Place was very clean. The yard was awesome! Right on the water with amazing views. It was peaceful and relaxing! It was about a 25 min drive to Bar Harbor but if you are looking for some peace and relaxation this place is perfect! '

'Charming home, nicely decorated. Nice view of SW Harbor. Close to grocery store, restaurants, Acadia. If you cannot walk up a flight of stairs, you may want to contact the host, though. Great location. We took a ride on a lobster boat, went to Bar Harbor, went to Cadillac mountain, and drove the park loop. We really enjoyed the island and its beauty. '

'Location was perfect, it felt so private but was super close to downtown. Very cute cabin, with plenty of space. Access to Acadia was quick too, as well as to food and gas stations. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat!'

'Cove Cottage is a spotless and comfy place to stay while exploring all that Bar Harbor has to offer. It provided everything we needed and more for our five night stay. We loved the place! The entrance to Arcadia is just 1/4 mi down the road and a great place to eat is right across the street.'

'Everything from our check in to check out was A+. Cottage was immaculate, bright, and open with views of the bay from every room. Kitchen is fully equipped with amenities that aren’t usually supplied such as assortment of seasonings, cooking oil, cooking spray, ziplock bags, travel size treats such as cookies, chips, and crackers, etc. We absolutely loved how quiet and peaceful it was.
