'Hi! This was a nice place, but I would not choose it again for a fun vacation getaway with family. It is a basement apartment, so there are no good outside views. It's dark, and the lighting isn't great. There was a patio there, but due to the intimacy of the location and posted rules, we did not feel comfortable hanging out there or inviting any of our relatives to stop by and visit. It was odd to be asked not to park in front of the property as all other parking was in front of the neighbors'...
