'The rooms are very comfortable, interestingly decorated, and well equipped with plug outlets, etc. Only negative is that meal service ends at 8pm in the restaurant, and road traffic can be a bit loud (if you are sensitive).'

'Booked as a last minute stay, we’d never been before and was just hoping it would be alright for a night. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the pub looked. 'I stayed here with a group of colleagues on a multi-day business trip and really enjoyed the stay. We staff and the service was excellent. We ate in for supper on both nights as it was convenient and the food was great. Breakfast was very good with the best bacon I have tasted in ages - I can recommend the full Cornish or the bacon bap - heaven!'

'Check-in time was delayed for hours. when returned, room was still not ready so was allocated another. It had a worn-out bathroom. Free WiFi isn't free, it's "The Cloud" and I couldn't log-in to it anyway, so had no WiFi for 3 days. Had a problem with the Credit card payment not registering in their machine when checking-in, & upon returning home find 4 billing entries on my credit card statement instead of one???'
