'Very good stay in a comfortable hotel. Service was great. Couple of things - I felt the dinner menu could be a little more extensive, the check out time of 10 am is a little early. But generally a great stay. Ps I should have mentioned this at check out but the sink plug in room 102 sticks closed 😎'

'The hotel is very handy from the railway station. The bar area was a delight to relax in, with the chap playing the baby grand. The chairs are comfy but low for eating from (for me 5'4) The restaurant is colourful and the breakfast was good. I was in a room at the back of the hotel and the decor was simple, the room was fine though (i like the old furnitire) and warm enough for me (im a cold person) but maybe a little overpriced. 'There is an enormous lack of maintenance for the building, estate, garden. Outside swimming pool. Only some rooms have been renovated. The floors in the hotel are uneven everywhere, so that the beds are standing skewly on the floor which causes a very bad and unhealthy nightrest. This hotelis not worththe money we paid: nearly 200 eur per night for 2 adults and 1 child. The personnel is very kind, always ready to help and doing everything they can to make customers satisfied. '

'We wanted a nice relaxing and chilled weekend. The hotel, room except for the shower and hairdryer, food and the staff were awesome. However we couldn’t use the pool as it was freezing cold. The pool was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. '

'Good stay, with a large comfortable, spotlessly clean, homely, well equipped apartment. Friendly staff. However, there were a couple of niggles, the TV was really small, old fashioned and not smart so no access to streaming services etc. There was also a surprise charge for daily electricity usage, which wasn’t mentioned during booking, and could really add up if you were staying for a few nights or more.
