this up-dated1 level spacious open concept ranch. New floor coverings, total bath, counter tops and plumbing in 2021. 2 queen bedrooms with double closets, huge laundry with newer appliances, roll a way bed, vanity and sink. Charming well supplied kitchen, 3 smart TV's with antennas for local channels, private secure wifi . Deck with fire table and grill. (guests charging electric cars will agree to a $5 daily charging fee)

Essexville Stay
Very cozy cottage with nice beds, clean bath and kitchen.Living area furniture needs to be replaced with something a bit more comfortable. After being on the Lake all day, it was hard to relax on the high-back chairs provided.

More than expected !
This was our first time using VRBO and we were very pleased with this hostess as well as the property. We would highly recommend this property as it is well kept. It is also close to many businesses but far enough away to provide a very quiet setting. It has a spacious yard and has garage space if you need it. The hostess was very helpful with all the things that we needed help with during our stay. We will stay here again when we travel to Michigan.

Tournament Stay
My family stayed here for our son’s fishing tournament at Saginaw Bay. Great place convenient to several boat ramps. Nice, quiet area but still very close to downtown Bay City. Had access to garage space, which was a pleasant surprise. My boys were able to stay dry while rigging poles when rain passed through the night before the tournament. Thanks again for allowing us to stay!

The house is a gem for anyone with a taste for the eclectic! I can think of nothing that was missed when Cindy did her decor. All of the amenities are first rate and tge house cleaningbis impeccable. We were extremely happy about the closeness to the locations we were interested in abd had a wonderful time. I highly recommend it!!

Quick Get Away
Cindy was very welcoming from the start and made everything extremely easy when it came to getting access to the house. Even with booking fairly short notice, the house was perfectly clean and ready for my kiddos and I. The location of the home worked out perfectly. It seemed to be ablut 15 minutes from just about anything we wanted or needed. I would highly recommend staying at this wonderful home if you are looking to travel to the Bay City area. Perfect for a Weekend Getaway
This property was exactly as expected, super clean and everything you need in a home away from home. Area feels safe and even though property is on a corner, it's very quiet. Cindy was there when we arrived, was helpful in helping us orient ourselves to the area and was very prompt in responding to inquiries prior to our stay. Very close to Bay City for restaurants and to Meijers for your grocery shopping needs. We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us to the area.
