'Wow, just wow! We loved this house. It was close to all we needed, but the property was great all by itself! Although we could go to the beach, the pool and yard were just as fun! Plenty of room to play yard games (our teen boys played corn hole for hours). The proximity to the beach and grocery store was helpful. Also, local bus access was easy, and the property had five new cruiser-style bicycles for use.Inside the house had all the amenities you would expect, with plenty of space to spread...

'We had a great time at this house. The location was great, very nice walk to the beach, in between both the Times Square area to the north and the state park to the south. We loved hanging out on the front patio watching the sunset but it was great first thing throughout the day as well. The pool was very refreshing and perfect for after spending the day at the beach. We loved this location. Thank you!'

'We stayed in two different units for almost 2 months. The location is perfect!! Park your car- you don’t need one- and walk everywhere. Recommend renting chairs and umbrella at the beach, pizza at Peteys upper deck, Philly cheesesteaks at lani Kai, breakfast at moms down the street. You can’t beat the location of this place. Nice neighbors, pool, and beach across the street. '

'This was a great property four our stay. Good location, good working appliances (couldn’t find the blender), fairly clean pool/hot tub, it had beach chairs/cooler/umbrella, and some towels. We met the property manager at the end of our stay and she was very nice and organized. I think she’s still planning to send someone’s shoes to them (my brother forgot them). There is a downstairs apartment, but they were no bother and we didn’t bother them so they say lol. Cheers!'

'My 12-yr old daughter and I came to Ft Myers Beach for Spring Break (March 2025). The house was super clean upon arrival and the pool was nice and warm. The beach is a short (5-7 min) walk but not crowded. The house is not close to the “hopping” part of Ft Myers Beach but that was ok with us. There is a Publix about a mile away and another shopping center a mile the other way (7-11, CVS, beach shop, ice cream shop, etc - places are still opening up after the hurricanes recovery so I’m sure more...

'This house is gorgeous, clean and has everything you could possibly need! Perfect for families of all ages. Fully stocked with anything you need: for adults, kids, the beach (and then some!)The pool/spa and patio area is perfect. Best house we’ve rented! '

'Property is as described. Very cute inside and also clean. The pool is depicted slightly bigger in the photos than in real life. Honestly, a great location with accessibility to the beach and other local restaurants. The only complaint is that the walls are super thin in which we could hear the people below us and vise versa leading to a noise complaint when walking around the unit. Overall, great place however. Air conditioning works great as well. '
