'Thanks to Sure & Dave for being wonderful hosts. We enjoyed as a family and will definitely be coming back soon. We enjoyed the lovely walk, great hot breakfast (Thanks to the chef) with excellent coffee too. 'We had an amazing time here. The hotel is beautiful and everyone was so lovely and helpful. The breakfast was great. The view was nice. It’s quiet. They have lots of games and there are some nice hikes nearby. Do yourself a favour and stay here!'

'This is the second time I have stayed at the County and will use it again on future trips. Simple setup, codes to main door and bedroom. The room was clean and comfy, well stocked with teas and coffees and overall perfect for my needs.'

'Nice location, great facilities but very outdated. The maintenance is poor. No paint left on the outside and several rooms and corridors need updating. The staff is good and do what you expect from this kind of hotel. The swiming pool is old and a bit past its glory. Peebles is a nice place to stay but needs a update urgently'
