Uitzicht op de oceaan met premium nieuw gebouwd groot huis

Eengezinswoning die gemakkelijk kan worden verdeeld in drie afzonderlijke suites voor zakelijke of familiebijeenkomsten of laat de aangrenzende deuren open voor een gemakkelijke stroom door het hele huis. Het totale huis slaapt twaalf met behulp van de drie koning slaapkamers en drie slaapbanken in elke prive-woonkamer. Drie complete badkamers en een complete keuken en wasfaciliteiten zijn ook inbegrepen. Het huis heeft uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit alle belangrijke woonruimtes en een uitgestrekte overdekte veranda.

Alle suites hebben hoge plafonds, uitzicht op de oceaan, een kingsize bed en een complete badkamer, evenals een apart verzamelgedeelte met queensize slaapbank en horecacentra in de niet-keukensuites (magnetron, kleine koelkast, koffiezetapparaat en wastafel). Elke individuele ruimte is ruim, variërend van meer dan 460 vierkante voet tot 740 sq / ft in de hoofdeenheid met de volledige keuken en wasruimte voor het huis. Decor is strand casual, ontspannen maar elegant en is huisdier- en gezinsvriendelijk. Alle parkeerplaatsen zijn op straat en handig.

Our vacation was nothing short of perfect and this was all made possible by this rental! Very nice place to stay
Very clean, nice place to stay. We liked the setup with three suites and all three bathrooms could be accessed without going through someone's bedroom. The kitchen faucet in the main unit was leaking but a call to Emily had that replaced in just a few hours. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay! It was spacious, comfortable, and well furnished. The only negative is that it doesn't have a dining table, but we made due with the stools around the kitchen counter. Overall a great place to stay. We would stay there again.

This house is beautiful. Each suite is separated so you can have your space. I was surprised to find the location to the beach was right across the street. We enjoyed the Redwoods when we were there. They were just a few miles away. The lighthouse and tide pools did not disappoint. There was immediate response from the caretaker.

Lovely week at a great location
My family recently stayed here, for work and vacation. It's a great location - close drive to Jedidiah Smith State Park and more hiking near Klamath. Across the road from beach with beautiful rocky shore. House was as advertised - beautiful, high vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light and beach views. Two separate spaces off each side of the main area was great to give extended family separate relax space when needed. Dining area was small and at kitchen counters - no formal dining space, but if you're a casual party, it works just fine. The kitchen was a bit sparsely appointed - if you are intending to do a ton of cooking, it may be lacking, but the very basics are there, and our host was very responsive ahead of time when we had questions regarding equipment that is provided. Grocery stores are a quick drive when needed, and there are good restaurants/breweries in town. Beds were very comfortable, the house felt very clean, and overall we'd stay here again.

After spending over A LOT for one night, we couldn't be more disappointed. It claims the house has an ocean view and sleeps 12.. neither of these are true. There is 3 beds & 2 pull out couches. Thats 10 people. The house is located behind another house in a coldesac. You can only see the ocean from part of the front patio. We paid a HUGE cleaning fee. When we left it was spotless, not a crumb on the counter, floor or sinks. The bathrooms untouched. Refrigerator completely clean. We even started doing the wash. Apparently they don't wash their sheets between guests because they complained that a bed we had had wet/sandy sheets. Its a beach house.. how would this not be expected? It was hardly damp and very little sand. We left a couple balloons tied up but I told my husband not to worry because we paid a HUGE cleaning fee and left no mess behind. Didn't break a single thing. Well, they are trying to charge us several hundred more dollars **** for 1) having sand on sheets 2) leaving balloons tied and 3) for finding "a joint" in the rug. No one smoked inside their house. We will be disputing this ridiculous charge. There are SO many other airbrbs around (theres one blue house about 4 houses down its beautiful with a true beach view for a great value!) That don't have greedy and dishonest owners! We are hoping this is some sort of mistake!

Communication prior to our stay: outstanding. Patti quick to respond both for answering questions and offering more ideas. Laura everything you might want for hospitality, helpful, warm and responsive. Location excellent due to quiet and ocean view. Whoever is in charge of the weather also receives 5 stars! Do consider a delightful stay here in Crescent City.

Wonderful property!
Great place for three families. Can see the ocean, large porch we all sat on in the evenings, clean, nicely appointed. Only small issue is no central dining/gathering table for a large group. We'd stay there again!

3 apartments in one!
The house was well designed and there was room for our whole family at a very reasonable price. We were able to drive to beach, red-woods, aquarium locations within 1-1.5 hours from the house. Clean, and includes bedding, towels, dishes; we had several meals there which saved $ on eating out. No beach by the house but Crescent City beach is just up the road. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if we are in the area. Highly Recommend this property.

This was a really beautiful, newer home directly across the street from the ocean. There was very easy access to nearby state and national parks. It had three separate suites which provided some privacy for our large family. Very nice home.

The house was lovely and spacious. The property manager was amazing and went the extra mile to ensure that we had all that we needed to enjoy our time in the home. The is closely located to the amazing, mystical redwood giant forests. We loved our stay and were really grateful to have found such an wonderful spot for our summer family holiday!
