'Nice quiet '

'This home was beautiful with plenty of space and rooms for all! Like many places I have stayed in the past, the pots and pans were in poor shape and in need of replacement, but otherwise I can’t say a negative thing about the home. There were plenty of bath and swim towels to go around. I can only comment on two of the beds, both extremely comfortable! Wished I could take the mattresses home with me! The pool was well used during our stay. We did find lots of personal belongings at the bottom...

'The owners had fantastic communication, the house is beautiful, and the location was literally minutes away from everything. They had decent amenities and the house itself was very "homey." The only thing I would have loved is a king sized bed :) '

'Staying in area to enjoy the birth of our 1st grandchild! Property was conveniently located near the cute downtown area of Senoia. House was clean with the exception of the carpeting. We did not cook during our stay but noted basic supplies were available. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Nice neighborhood with fenced backyard. Thank you for hosting us. Would definitely stay again.'

'The surroundings and property itself are beautiful and relaxing. Everything about the home was just so pleasing. It would have been fun to feed the fish but the fish food is out. The only imperfection we saw.'

'Could not contact the property owner for check-in details. Property was deserted upon arrival. Both the phone number and emails listed were incorrect. Conditions seemed unsafe to enter and owner/manager was not available.'

'The pool was very cloudy the entire week you couldn’t see the bottom with the pump cutting on/off. Also, the air conditioning stopped working 3 times and had to be serviced. The property manager was very responsive each time we called or sent a text with an issue. Everything overall was good and would have been perfect if the pool looked/functioned better especially for the weeks rate..'

'Landlord tried to make it a good stay. However, property was NOT rent ready by any means. There were leaks coming out of the ceiling into the bedroom below. On the 5th day the sewer started coming up the shower and flooded the entire downstairs where all the rooms were. We tried calling the landlord several times but they NEVER answered the phone. We had to call VRBO to get the landlord to come out. We had to move out and get another place, landlord wants us to pay for her floor and plumbing...

'We stayed here while in town for our sons wedding and the home worked out perfectly. The home easily accommodated 12 adults. We were able to enjoy some fun family time while in town. We would stay here again. There were a few minor maintenance issues but nothing major. The owner was responsive and kind. He even rushed over a new coffee pot when we found that the pot was cracked. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.'
