Persoonlijk begeleid naar onze kamers rondleiding gegeven en alles goed uit gelegd. Kort om een fantastische kerel. in de avonduren persoonlijk ontvangen in het restaurant en nog een goed keuze gemaakt voor ons menu. Niks was hem te veel. Nam de tijd voor zijn gasten en maakte ook een babbeltje met hun. Top hoor..'

'Property is located on the prime location. It’s a calm and silent area. But the facilities provided like electric kettle and all are damaged. Bathroom door handles were damaged in some rooms.'

'Comfortable accommodation and well worth the money. One thing to note is that the place is a bit away (30 min walk) from the main tourist area of Fort Kochi. Not a lot dining options around the hotel either. However, you can take a bus or a quick tuk tuk ride to Jewish town or fort Kochi beach area. Good AC and ceiling fan. Windows with nets to prevent mosquitoes, fairly quiet place. Had a good night's sleep without fail'

'Housekeeping is very poor. They do not check if the room is ready before handing over the keys to the customer. There was a kettle for making coffee in the room but no coffee or tea sachets. No hot water in the shower.'
